i-mve was founded by Warren Leggett and Rob Sinclair with one simple mission:

To help removals and storage companies spend less time on admin and more time growing their business.

The journey started over four years ago when Warren, owner of Warren’s Removals & Storage, experienced first-hand the daily frustrations of running a successful removals company. What began with a hired van in 2014 grew into a thriving operation with multiple vehicles, a specialist removals truck, and a large team carrying out moves across the UK.

As the business grew, so did the paperwork.

Quotes, surveys, invoices, storage management, staff scheduling, customer communication, reporting, and endless spreadsheets were taking valuable time away from serving customers and growing the company.

That’s when Warren teamed up with his long-time friend Rob Sinclair. Combining Warren’s industry knowledge with Rob’s passion for technology, business, and innovation, they set out to build a better solution.

What started as a tool built for their own removals business quickly became something much bigger.

Over the last four years, i-mve has been completely bootstrapped and built from the ground up, with no outside investment. Every feature has been shaped by real feedback from removals and storage companies using the platform every day.

We listened.

We improved.

We built.

Then we built some more.

Today, i-mve supports hundreds of removals and storage companies, helping them manage leads, surveys, jobs, storage, invoicing, marketing, reporting, automation, customer communication, and much more all from one platform.

But technology is only part of the story.

We believe the removals industry is strongest when companies work together, share ideas, and support one another. That’s why we’ve invested heavily in building the i-mve community through our training, networking, industry events, online groups, and our podcast, Business on the Mve.
